3D Dimensional Designs

At Cutting Edge Construction and Design, we believe in the old adage "a picture is worth a thousand words". Not everyone has the ability to visualize what a two-dimensional drawing means to their backyard.

Lines on a page are sometimes just lines on a page! Using advanced computer technology, our designers take the guess-work out of deck design. From the comfort of your own home, we will create your project before your eyes, on our computer screen. We are able to show you even the most finite details, from patio table and barbeque placement, to discovering how the sun will interact with the deck using shade rendering. Plants, trees, sloping grades, and even your home's exterior finish are all just part of the process.

A 3D Deck Design consultation is usually a two hour process, but we are committed to work on the design "as long as it takes" to achieve the perfect result. The fee for a 3D design will be waived or refunded if you decide to have one of our skilled installation teams construct your project. If a two-dimensional design is all that is required, we will provide one free of charge.

With the exception of larger projects, our customers are continuously thrilled that we will provide them with an estimate for their deck before we leave their house, thus allowing the decision process to commence immediately.
