The purpose of this process is to remove the "fear factor" of not being completely sure that what was envisioned will look the same in reality!

Everything we need to design your basement renovation project is as follows;

• Digital or scanned pictures of the existing basement from multiple angles
• Exact dimensions of the walls and ceilings
• Your Vision (i.e. size, use, accessories, privacy)

This information can be sent to us via email. We will work with you as we would any of our customers to come up with the perfect 3D full colour basement renovation design. Once achieved, the only thing left to decide is whether you require plan drawings, and a precise material list for basement renovation construction.
