The McCulloch Deck (After)

I decided to incorporate a screened gazebo attached to the house that would serve three purposes:

  • It would cover over a good portion of the exposed brick, removing the ominous feel.
  • It would provide an escape when the bugs were out, and an intimate dining area close to the house.
  • Allow for the space to be divided into three main areas, each with a different purpose.

The Result? A unique design that completely transformed the space. Throw in some PVC accents with the composite/cedar combination, and you have some cool colour combinations to boot. The project has affectionately been dubbed, “The Wedding Cake Deck”. Don’t ask me why ;)
